Who qualifies
Each employer sets its own requirements for experience, language and physical demands. We only put you forward for roles you actually qualify for.
The process
Realistic timeline: 1–2 working days from complete file to departure.
Our promise
We run this programme the way we would want it run for our own families: a registered company, a real office you can walk into, a written agreement before any payment, and a named consultant who answers you.
“They never promised me a miracle. They told me exactly what would happen, and then it happened.”
“I paid through the link and had the service agreement in my hand before I booked my flight. Everything on paper.”
“My consultant answered my WhatsApp on a Sunday when I arrived in Warsaw. Nobody else does that.”
Apply to work
The fee covers our work: employer matching, file preparation, coordination with the employer and Polish partners, and support after you land. Once your consultant has confirmed your fit, pay here to start.

Straight answers
It pays for our time and coordination: assessment, employer matching, document preparation, follow-up with the employer and Polish partners, and support after you arrive. You are paying for professional work, not buying a job.
No. Message us on WhatsApp first. A consultant checks your profile for free and tells you which roles are open to you before you pay.
No. Salary depends on the role, hours worked and the employer. The rates shown are the employers' current net hourly rates; overtime is usually available but not guaranteed.
No. Those decisions belong to the Polish authorities. We prepare a complete, correct file so nothing is delayed by paperwork, and we tell you honestly if something in your profile is a problem.
You can state a preference. Final placement depends on which vacancies are open when your file is ready and whether the employer's requirements match your profile.
It depends on the employer. Accommodation is always arranged by the employer, but depending on the location it is either free or charged at 300–500 PLN a month, deducted from your salary. You are told which applies before you accept a role.
Your employer starts the legalisation process once you arrive in Poland. Biometrics are typically taken within about 6 months, and the Temporary Residence Card (TRC) is issued around 18 months later, a maximum of 2 years from arrival. The TRC is then valid for 3 years. You work legally throughout, and timelines depend on the Polish authorities.
No. You arrange and pay for your own flight, bus, train or car. Everything after you land (registration, contract, accommodation, bank account) is coordinated by us.
