How we collect, use and protect your personal data, in line with the GDPR and Portuguese law.
Passion to Dream Consulting Services is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, WhatsApp, email and in our Lisbon office. Contact: [email protected].
Contact details (name, phone, email), nationality and residence status, identity and travel documents, education and work history, and any other information you send us so that we can assess your case and provide the service you request.
To assess your eligibility, prepare and submit applications on your behalf, communicate with employers, authorities and partners as needed for your case, issue invoices and receipts, and respond to your enquiries. We process your data on the basis of the contract with you, your consent, and our legal obligations.
Only with parties needed to deliver your service: employers or recruitment partners you are matched with, translators, notaries, embassies and public authorities, and our payment provider. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
For the duration of your case and for up to five years afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and no legal duty requires us to keep it.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
This website uses only the technical cookies needed to function. Embedded services such as Google Maps and Stripe may set their own cookies under their own policies.
The terms that apply when you engage Passion to Dream for consultancy and administrative support.
We provide consultancy and administrative support: assessment, document preparation, application submission, coordination with employers, partners and authorities, and guidance before and after you arrive. We are not a government body, a law firm or a licensed recruitment agency.
Before any payment, you receive a written service agreement setting out what is included, what is excluded, the fee and the estimated timeline. The agreement, together with these terms, governs our relationship.
Service fees are quoted before work starts and paid by card through Stripe, Revolut or bank transfer to our company account. A receipt and invoice are issued for every payment. Government, embassy, translation, insurance, travel and other third-party charges are not included unless stated and are shown separately.
Because our work begins as soon as you engage us, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If we determine that no realistic route exists for you before work has started, no fee is charged. Cancellation and refund terms for each programme are set out in your service agreement.
You must provide complete, genuine and accurate documents and information, respond to requests within a reasonable time, and comply with the requirements of employers and authorities. Delays or refusals caused by inaccurate or incomplete information are your responsibility.
Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for decisions of employers, embassies or public authorities, changes in law or policy, or losses arising from travel arranged by you.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
Plain statements about what we can and cannot guarantee.

Processing times shown on this website are based on current experience and are indicative only. Actual timelines depend on authorities, employers and your individual circumstances.
Pay, hours, accommodation and other job conditions are set by the employer and may change. Figures shown are the employer's current stated conditions at the time of publication.
Information on this website is general guidance and not legal advice. Where a matter requires a lawyer, we will tell you and refer you to a qualified professional.
We assess candidates on eligibility, experience and the requirements of the role. We do not discriminate on the basis of nationality, gender, age, religion or any other protected characteristic.
